So, do guys really find Nicky and Paris Hilton attractive? I ask this because I just received my new issue of Maxim with Nicky on the cover. (Don't ask how I got this subscription, I basically got duped into buying some magazine subscriptions and can't say "no") But I digress...
Really though, yeah, they have nice bodies, but their faces aren't anything special. Plus there isn't any depth. Maybe if they had some depth, substance to add to themselves... Why do successful women help to perpetuate this? Some day I hope that media will discontinue this objectification of women. Though I guess it's the way our society has been brought up. Yeah, I haven't been perfect in my life, but I don't want to date dumb girls.
I've dated a couple dumb ones in my time... But I believe that I have learned better what I want from those people. Finding someone who isn't afraid to be intellectual with me and actually hold a genuine thought in their brain is important. I wouldn't mind someone who is attractive, but I want to have fun and also talk about things... What type of things? I don't know... Tech stuff, music (of course), video games, books, hopes and dreams, that type of thing. Very few girls that I have dated have similar interests to mine. Even fewer could hold a good conversation.
This is a plea to ladies out there! Go for depth, not looks. Yes, being attractive will help you in some regards, but it's a tough thing. Being "hot" can attract unwanted men, the wrong type of man who only wants one thing.
